Lovely cup, the lid fastens securely I filled it with hot water shook it up and stood it upside down for 5mins and not one drop escaped!This cup holds the heat well, my cup of tea stayed hot for at least 5 hours and was still warm after 8 hoursI love the little handle too, I travel a lot for work so I often have to run through airports dragging two suitcases, being able to carry my coffee cup with one finger will be a life saver!

great cup. been looking for a fair while for one to get me through work. I am up at 415am and this holds a good sized coffee and keeps it hot enough through the car ride (no spillage) waiting outside in the cold and an hour plus into my shift. easy to clean, easy to carry (love the handle!) and easy to drink from. Super happy

This was bought as a Christmas present so hasn’t been properly road tested yet, but an pleased with what I’ve seen. Looks good quality and am expecting good feedback. Couldn’t give accurate star rating until it’s been tried out. Will update after Christmas

This item leaked burnt my husbands had lucky not to bad but wount use again bought it to go out in car and for bed as been I’ll but have small children would worrie me

The mug is nice well done. Did not leak and great to hold. Tea tastes good however coffee tastes weird in it.

This is the best travel mug I've purchased, keeps my drinks hot for hours, the outside never feels hot at all so is good to hold and not burn hands, it has never leaked either, I've done the tipping upside ect test and nothing leaked, I even ordered my husband one for work and he thinks its great too, I would definitely recommend

It was brilliant until I lost the tiny rubber seal which is essential to make it leakproof. It is a loose, tiny, grey rubber seal, only 1cm long, covers the mouth sip opening. It is the second cup I've had and this has happened to both. I suggest they supply extras of this little rubber seal with each mug, as they just end up down the sink drain after the first wash!!

I had a travel mug from thermos and to be honest it was fantastic if you wanted to take a cup of tea and drink it for five hours or so later. It was way too hot to drink on a journey of a couple of hours. This mug is easier to handle especially with the silicon sleeve is not too scalding hot.Is that a good thing, yes if you want a drink of tea . I love this mug for our two hour trip to football. Not tried longer. Leave drinking tab open to let cool as you go and it hot all the way.
