I really like but
I like everything about this product except it does set off my acid reflux after I use it two days in a row. If it were not for that, I would use one every day. It tastes good. It has a nice caffeine kick. My BP actually seems to go down, and I feel better. But then, the acid reflux gets set off and I have to give it up for a week.

I am hoping it does good things for my heart and brain. So far so good!
I like the fact that it’s the dark cocoa! Dark is reported to be best for you in terms providing vitamins and nutrients for brain and heart support. I find the taste very strong. So to make it go down a bit gentler I add it to coffee and a bit of creamer. I must say though that I find the price a bit steep.

Lots of caffeine
I made the mistake of adding to coffee and I had the jitters and irritability. Even when I added it to hot chocolate it still made me too tense.

Who puts brain damaging artificial sweetener in a supplement marketed to improve brain function?
This was my bad in not reading the ingredients. I sometimes wonder what manufacturers are thinking. It never occurred to me that an expensive supplement like this would use artificial sweeteners. Especially not one that is as damaging as sucralose. If you really felt like you needed to put a processed sweetener in, I personally would’ve gone with erythritol. Date sugar or some other natural sweetener would have been far better, and at the price that they’re charging for this, I would expect that. I’ve tried to choke down a couple of envelopes of this, but I can’t get past the artificial sweetener flavor. Plus, even in coffee and mixed with a frother, if feels gritty. The rest of this is going in the garbage.

Good ingredients, heavy price
Have eaten since 2017. 16 boxes total. Long-term use has the effect of improving memory. However, the immediate effect should be considered to be mostly caffeine. If it's not expensive, I'll eat all year round, but I'm sad that I'm not so rich yet. It was $ 25 per box in 2017 so I bought it several times ...

Best Uses
Best uses is in non flavored yogurt. Does not disturb the texture, but improves the flavor - very palatable.

Why ruin a good thing?
This used to be the most natural and tasty way to get chocolate without a sweetener of any sort. So now they add a polysaccharide (maltodextrin)? The net effect is an artificial sweetener with the accompanying awful aftertaste. It seems to help the product dissolve more completely which was never a real problem to start with. Only a sign of a natural product. I hope someone at Mars wakes up and goes back to the product as it was without this unnecessary and destructive "improvement". I have also put a call into the company

Delicious Way to Health
If you thought that things that were good for you had to taste bad you obviously have not encountered this supplement. There are thirty individual packets containing sweetened cocoa powder. It blends well in beverages hot and cold and is delicious in yogurt and oatmeal. Believed to support cardiovascular and cerebral health it is delicious. The individual packets are easy to open and transport.
