As a Massage Therapist, this saves my back!
When I feel a tension headache coming on or my back is hurting, I lay on this and take a little nap. It's takes a little getting used to, but once you know what to expect, it's comforting. When you first lay on it, your body almost goes into adrenaline rush mode, but as you relax into the sensation, you begin to feel your heartbeat in you skin, and finally a warmth begins to spread into the tissue. I always end up sleeping on it longer than recommended, but it does wonders for me. I definitely recommend! Also, I love the snap closure!

Amazing!It’s difficult to contour it for laying on it for relief. Other than that a great product! Wife loves it. Uses it every night.

Great low-end mat!
The acupressure could be stronger/spikier in my opinion but this may is definitely worth it for the price!
