Thoughts on my first CPU water cooler.
In the market for a CPU water cooler, and I really liked the look and quality of the Thermal take coolers. The Thermal take coolers seemed better quality than the corsair cooler. I do believe the Corsair have amped up their quality to the same specs as Thermal take now. I still wanted to go with the Thermal Take just because I liked the product and the fact that they have two fans for a push pull if needed. Well, I still like the Thermal Take product. I hoping for better temps, still better then my stock fan however. The fans are so LOUD!!! I mean extremely loud. I disconnected one which really didn't seem to help with the loudness, and it also did not compromise any increased temps running one fan. So I went and ordered Noctua (NF-P12 PWM) - 120mm Two Speed Premium Fan. It certainly helped the loudness problem. It now sounds like a reg computer with little noise where as before it was extreme. I have not played around with the Noctua fan as far as placement and direction of fan. Bottom line is The Thermal Take is better then what I had but really was expecting better temps. Wished I didnt have to go out and buy another fan to quiet the system down to acceptable levels. The system I put this in is my multi media back up machine and did not want to have to put any more money in it that I had to butt it was running hot at idol with the stock fan.

Great Product
A closed loop Water Cooler that is on the same price range of Corsair's h100i. I already had a Corsair h75 so I decided to try a new brand.Package was nice and included all necessary accessories and then some more. The fans look good and they are a bit quieter than the corsair's. I liked being able to plug them on the pump cuz my mobo only has 3 fan headers and they were already in use. The pump looks quality and it doesn't make any kind of sounds. I replaced the fans for some others with less RPM, less airflow and less static pressure and even so highest temp I've seen on my i5-4670 is 56c. Not doing overclock. Some of the fins were slightly bent but I'm not taking a star for that as it didn't affect performance. Installation was a bit difficult, due to poorly written instructions. The back plate should be slightly bent to one side to fit on the back which seems completely aabnormal. And the small plastic pieces that go on the mounting bracket are a pain to fit in place. That's the only flaw on an great product. If your case supports 240mm radiators you can't go wrong with this one.

Great cooling, horrible installation....
Let me start by saying that once it's installed, it works as expected with no problems! Now, getting to that installed state is a lot like asking a blind man to read the map and give you directions. The instructions are horrible and impossible to follow. The way the flimsy little plastic pieces snap together is not intuitive and makes little sense, even when you finally get them together correctly. A few youtube videos and some blogs later (+1 day to lower frustration level and temper), it works great.Painful installation but in the end, it cools very well and very quietly. I have zero complaints about the operation of it once it's installed. I'm not overclocking and this is probably overkill for my stock i7, but it works incredibly well. Nothing I can throw at the PC causes the temperature to rise. You can hear a fan pick up slightly on occasion, but that's it.I would recommend this product. I would just warn you to be prepared for a painful installation that may required you to perform some research outside of the normal channels of support.

Sweet EZ Water cooling !
Well for the first water cooling try this was a breeze. Also cools very well and yes the fans are a bit loud when there at 100%. The fan speed app would not work and said it did not find my controller so I just kept it on 100% and it cooled fine. Yes again the manual stinks and is not very good at explaining things for a newbie but I did work it out. I like it and would say yes to another purchase no problem.UPDATE HERE:At the time of the review I had another mother board and I could not control the fan speed. I now have a awesome ASUS x79 deluxe and it has a great fan app that comes with the board from Asus. This makes fan speeds EZ to adjust and better cooling for the PC. Sweet !

Way Cool!
As other people have said, the instructions aren't the best, but it's possible to decipher them with enough time and patience. The cooling power is awesome in my opinion. I have an i5-2500k that ran 85-95° C with the stock cooler at 3.8 GHZ. With this cooler I have so far tested it up to 4.7 GHZ and the temps have never gone above 75° C!I would definitely recommend it to a first time overclocker because once you get past the installation, there's just nothing to it!
