Q: I am having problems with the setting up. Can I cancel and restart the settings?

Two aspects to this - both covered in the manual! System settings ie time, date month/year can be altered by holding down start/stop for 3 seconds and then each adjusted by selecting them via start/stop and changed via Mem button. Secondly, a long press on the MEM button deletes user measurement data. Hope this answers the question - the manual is very good if studied in detail.

Q: I have purchased this and thought it came with a usb lead but I haven’t received one? Can anyone tell me if you do get the lead with it please?

Yes, it should have come with a USB lead, at least mine did. You may already have one, it's the type you use with a mobile phone or a kindle. However I recommend you use it with batteries because they last a long time. I use Duracell alkaline batteries. It takes 4 x AAA type. I have been using mine four or five times a week since mid February (four months), and they are still more or less fully charged.

Q: Is the cuff wipeable ?

Yes it is but not washable in a Machine, plus one size fits all, very happy with it worth every penny Recommended it to friends and family works with batts or usb ... hope this helps

Q: What's the warranty length for the device? 1 year?

The manual says one year so that is the same as under your Statutory Rights. I've been using mine weekly for nearly three months now and it is going as well as ever on the first set of 4 x AAA batteries. Do you seriously expect an extended warranty on something that costs about £20?
