pretty good for testing the waters for gel nails!
this lamp has lasted much longer than other "cheap" uv lamps i have bought. it does its job well. it turns on with a button, and from what i recall, it does not turn off by itself, you gotta push the button again. no big deal!the legs/stand fold to make the lamp flat. this blew my mind when i realized, but the leg stands have holes in them, and when you fold them flat to the lamp, the holes like up with the lights so you can still use it like that. after i figured that out, i basically only used it with the legs folded in, as it was a lot easier to cure it when i could hold the whole lamp.overall, this is a good pick for a beginner that is testing the waters for gel nails :) definitely recommending.

Nice but not a replacement for a full size lamp
It's nice if you just need to cure topcoat or if you are on the go. I've has some nail emergencies and I've had to do my nails in the car while my boyfriend drives many times. I'm not sure that the uv is as strong as my actual full size gel lamp, so I had to cure for a little bit longer sometimes. Nonetheless, it's not a complaint because it's better than using regular lacquer polish.

Dear all buyers
Let’s just start off with I have ADHD so I start a new hobby almost every day so I decided that I was going to be at Nail Tech that day. And boy do I have a story for you, I was enjoying doing the nails if that is really bad at it I was never going to get better because I do not want to put in the effort to try. I finally whipped out my new nail UV lamp and I loved it because it was so cheap and I was expecting it to work amazing at work wonders. Oh boy was I wrong it worked for about two seconds and then I realize you had to use it for a whole hour to dry one nail, nobody got time for that. After my 10 hour nail tech moment I didn’t even like the way they looked and I took them off. And later that day keep in mind I did this at three in the morning but in the morning I try this again I was like I’m gonna To be amazing nail tech but can you take another 20 hours to dry the nails I am on my last deal it’s stop working it was plugged in I plugged in all my outlet is the outlets in my house so it was no my output it was all the cord or the take way to damn long uv lamp

Good travel option!
I went on a 5 week trip across Asia recently and bought this light to do my own gel nails while I was traveling. I love that it folds up FLAT! It’s a roughly the same size as my iPhone when folded up. And it is also super light! As for as quality and functionality - the build quality is just okay. It’s an inexpensive item and it feels that way (you get what you pay for). That being said, it didn’t break or stop working even after all that travel. The functionality is pretty standard, you push the button to turn it in and it turns of automatically. It needs to be plugged in for use, it’s not chargeable. It’s not as strong as a full sized light so it takes longer to cure your nails, but this is true of any mini light, and I believe this one has higher power than some of the other mini lights on the market. I also liked the rectangular shape, letting me cure a few nails at once.Overall - I wouldn’t recommend this light as your everyday light but I would definitely recommend this for travel and last minute touch ups!

Low wattage = Slow curing!
The media could not be loaded. Cute design but such low wattage (12W) it took WAY too long to cure my gel nails. Like 10 minutes per nail per layer (base + builder gel + top coat). Auto shut off after 45 sec so kept having to press the button to turn it back on. Also very small so it cant fit more than a couple nails at a time. Doesn't come with brick, only cord. Not rechargeable, needs cord plugged in to work. Will be returning for a higher wattage lamp.
