Can this fit 33.8 joico products.. can't seem 2 find pumps for them ?

I have no idea. I am using them with the 1.5 liter size of L’Oréal Nutrifier. Cut the other down for a 750ml bottle.

I can’t get these to open. i see the arrow, i turn the pump and pull and nothing. what am i doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong! I had the same problem but after pressing as hard as I could and turning at the same time, it finally opened!
