Q: If used in a long term care facility, how does one go about cleaning it between clients?

I use baby wipes to clean all my plushies. Add a quick spray of Lysol and let air dry should do it.

I’m unaware of a video. The one I ordered was white.

The only ways to stop the cat from meowing is to switch it off (switch I "pocket" on stomach) or remove the batteries, also accessible from the "pocket" on the stomach). Either solution would require opening the package. If there is another way that doesn't involve opening the package, I don't know it. Good luck.

As far as we know they have only white cat. You will be able to find a small versions of a grey cat.
