Love the weight of this and it looks beautiful. Bought it as a gift and wish I had purchased one for myself. It is heavy but since it is for display more than actual fighting it works well. I do wish these things came sharpened but it is not as though I cannot do so myself. Thanks.

They both have sections where they don't have an actual edge. Is fine eventually I'll get to fine toothing it. It sheaths will be sewn onto some leather riding chaps. Live Cosplay, not cosplay action. Lolvi. Regardless they'll serve their purpose.

I picked up two of these and really like the design, but couldn’t give a perfect score. There are a few manufacturing issues on both blades that showed that someone was in a bit of a hurry to finish the job. On both blades there was a gap between the blade and trim piece at the same spot, as well as a slight burn mark on the smaller bone scale around the brass rivet on the right side. The points on both blades show some heat stress too. With the exception of the gap on the trim piece, the issues could be corrected with a little work...The other point dropped was on the design of the sheath. It really is cumbersome and leaves one of the points exposed. A redesign would go a long way to improve the function as well as the score for this item.Overall, it is a good solid offering, but could use a bit of attention to the finishing details at the end of the assembly run.
