Puracy Shampoo and Conditioner Set - Perfect Hair Care with Rosemary Oil for Growth, Gentle Clarifying and Hydrating for Fine, Medium, or Color-Treated Hair

I have been very satisfied with the Puracy Shampoo and Conditioner! My hair feels clean and soft with no extra residue left after using both of these products. We do have a water softener, so I don't know how they would work if the water was "hard." I also like that they are not heavily perfumed. I recommend this product without hesitation!

After using this shampoo and conditioner my hair is smoother and stays fresh for several days. Very pleased with these hair products.

UPDATE: I am updating my review from a 1-star to a 4-star due to the excellent customer service response. I had not reached out to the seller for a refund or to discuss anything prior to writing my review of this product. Shortly after my review was posted, the seller reached out to me through Amazon. I am updating my review on my own accord to reflect my opinion that customer service goes a LONG way. I still won't be purchasing the product again; however, customer service was excellent and again that goes a long way when a company is willing to reach out personally to its consumers. The seller/company did not ask me to update my review, I just personally felt like it because rarely do companies go out of their way anymore to try to make things right.  Original: This feels clean and nice, but I will not be purchasing again because the scent is so incredibly strong. The scent is extremely overpowering and caused one of my children respiratory issues (lots of hard coughing) every time they used it. The scent quickly fills up multiple rooms and makes it hard for me to breathe. Unfortunately, will not be purchasing again.

This shampoo/conditioner is great at stripping out buildup in my hair and my fine hair was light & fluffy afterwards. Really liked how it feels. However, my scalp was not happy. I seem to be having an allergic reaction with itchy bumps that sometimes would scab. I shampoo 2-4 times a week (depends on activity & appointments). Even rotating this product with others & reducing to use it 1x/month, still had scalp issues. I would say my skin is somewhat sensitive or moderately sensitive.

I provide this product in my vacation rental and guests frequently comment on how much they like it. They also appreciate that I provide a product that has eco-friendly ingredients as well as refillable bags that keep plastic out of landfills. The only negative I have is that because I regularly refill and use this same bottle, the label has really taken a beating and doesn't look so great - which leaves me wanting to buy a new plastic bottle after all.

if you have trouble with oily hair or just excessive buildup with regular shampoos, this might be a good option. I like Thriive shampoo and conditioner, although it stinks and is way too expensive for what it is, so I looked for something with comparative ingredients and found Puracy!! my hair maintains volume and curliness with this. On days where I need a little more moisturizer, I will use something like a detangler, it’s a 10 styling product, or other lightweight spray-in products.

I am so disappointed in these products after being so excited to receive them…. I have a bed and breakfast/yoga space at my house and was thrilled at the idea of being able to have ecologically conscious products that smelled good and could be refilled in our outdoor shower. I will say, both body wash and shampoo smell very good and the conditioner is more effective than most “natural“ conditioners I have tried. And I do like the appearance of the set and the art on the labels. That said, the conditioner does not smell good— it’s not bad exactly but definitely one off— maybe going bad….My biggest issue is that the pumps DO NOT work. As you can see from the picture, the conditioner pump has popped out and the spring is exposed. Most of the time people are dumping it into their hands causing it to be used at a much higher rate. You can still use this one as a pump, but not infrequently the spring falls out rolls off. It is just a matter of time before the spring goes between the cracks in the deck and that pump is totally worthless. Similarly, the shampoo pump doesn’t work and is used as a “dipstick” to get shampoo out. The body wash is the star of the show with both a good smell and functioning pump! As I said, I was really looking forward to being able to use products and refill them to minimize my use of plastic—BUT you can’t refill things if they come in really crappy, non-functional packages in the first place! I do wish this had worked out! Back to the drawing board, I guess….

I've been using Puracy cleaning products for a while and decided to order shampoo and conditioner and cant praise enough about how amazing my hair looks and feels! Before I had to use ton of very expensive products for my hair to look good but now I only use this shampoo and conditioner and with simple blow drying my hair looks and feels amazing. No friz or static, so soft to touch and no dry ends which I always had trouble with and had to use special oil. I'm really impressed with all puracy products!

These products have a gentle scent, not harsh or overpowering. They moisturize without coating, and soften without leaving hair limp. After decades of very dry, straw-like hair, Puracy shampoo and conditioner have given my hair life again.

I have combination hair and skin. This leaves my hair very greasy in spots, no matter how thoroughly I wash or rinse it out.Could work well for those with dryer hair/skin.The conditioner smells off. The shampoo smells nice.
