No sadly it does not come with the spoon but instead of wasting money on this you could go buy preemie diapers and just buy the food and baby spoons work well too!

I never thought to use preemie diapers, that is a good idea. I dont know what the thing eats so I am guessing you may be able to get away with food coloring with something like cornstarch. At least that is what the consistency is similar to. I have no desire to do all of that work personally. lol My daughter likes ordering the stuff on here. It makes her feel grown up.

Yes, I just bought Pampers Preemie Swaddlers ("P-s") and they fit fine.
