The package came in perfect shape and the doll works perfectly.The shipping comes from the UK so you need to order this with plenty of time, for me took 15 days to arrive, but it worth the wait.Ariel sings in English and Spanish, and also says some sentences in both languages.At first she will do everything in English, then you have to put her in water to make her talk and sing more.She has two sensors behind her tale, you need to cover those with water, but DON'T immerse her completely only the half of the tale.Sometimes you need to keep her in water for awhile to active the Spanish too. She has a bottom behind her back that make her switch the language but at the beginning doesn't work if you don't do first the water thing

My 3.5 yr old loves this Ariel doll! The colored lights are bright and vibrant, and while she loves all the different phrases, her favorite part is the singing. Only downside is you can't really hear her if you have the doll underwater, but that's to be expected. Ours sheds hair quite a bit to, but my daughter is constantly washing it, so I assume that has something to do with it. The Flounder squirt toy was a nice touch and gives big brother something to share. This has held up well as a bath toy the last few months, but now that the weather is warming up, I'm sure she'll make her way out to the pool. Hopefully she'll continue to hold up out there!

If your child loves "The Little Mermaid" as much as my daughter does, then they will love this doll! I have to admit I was disappointed that she can't go in water (which is why I gave 4 stars). They show her swimming with little girls on the commercial - seems like false advertising. However, this doll makes up for it with the amazing recordings she has. She has a beautiful voice, sings the entire song from the movie, and has several different phrases she says. This is one of those toys that is NOT annoying to have to listen to all day. She also has a switch to change her language to Spanish. I like that, as we are learning Spanish in our home right now, and it's fun to hear her speaking and singing it!! I recommend this doll - but remember that she is not water safe.

My daughter loves this doll !!!My daughter is 5 years old and she loves this doll !!! This is an adorable doll !!! Her voice sound is good quality. The doll is fully submersible, colorful, has beautiful hair, and stands up on the tail. Ariel is the perfect friend for bath time fun... her tail lights up in and out of water... She sings "Part of Your World" from the Little Mermaid and she can say 14 magical phrases, so cute !!! The phrases are varied enough that I don't have to hear the same thing every time she presses the button. 3 AAA batteries required. (included)

My granddaughter who is 4 loves this doll. She can play with it in the bathtub, totally underwater, lights up, sings and talks in English and Spanish. We don't know any spanish here but she thinks its beautiful and likes to tease me because I say will say "Hey, what is she saying to me"? And a huge plus, her hair, even after being wet and dry over and over, since Christmas, it is not matted and still beautiful and works perfectly. In and out of tub toy. Haven't even had to change batteries yet.

This is a great doll. My daughter loves her. She sings and lights up and goes in the bath, I couldn’t ask for more. I like how she’s setup to drain the water out of her, hopefully that means she won’t mildew. Her hair isn’t so pretty anymore (now that she’s taken multiple baths), but we could probably get it nice looking again if we tried (I haven’t made the effort). Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase

Got this for my 2yr old daughter. She wasn't really into little mermaid but its my fav. Disney princess & i fell in love. Opened Christmas day...she is soo beautiful, has a cute voice &her hair is so soft. Not sure if it will be taking a bath anytime soon(Just bc our water is hard&i dont want to chance ruining it) but needless to say my daughter slept with her&has been carrying her around. Very pleased with the purchase. Iam going to deffantly buy another one for me as a collector doll(if it goes on sale)

She was a Christmas gift and my granddaughter could not have been happier with her new doll. She did not argue about taking a bath that evening because she couldn't wait to take Ariel in the tub with her! We turned the lights off in the bathroom so the doll's lights would have more impact and once again, she was grinning from ear to ear. A happy little girl with her new doll! I recommend this doll!
