Flat
As with other reviewers, the pillows are flat. Not worth the price. I feel they should have used the stuffing for both to make 1 pillow. It is very soft and I liked the pillows but it was just way too flat. Not a pillow you’d want to sit on because it has no support as it goes flat soon as you lay on it. I liked that because it prevents me from having neck pain. But it really did need more filling. I returned the pillows. The quality doesn’t fit the price.

Almost like IHG pillows
Haven't had them long enough for rating durability, but they are very comfortable and I just washed for the first time and they came out great. If you have slept at a Crown Plaza, these are pretty close.

It's in between firm and soft...JUST RIGHT
Do not let the initial flatness fool you... the way to speed up the fluff of pillows that are vacuum sealed is to throw them in the dryer for approximately 20 mins or less. They will be nice and warm, and if you add aromatherapy spray after, it makes for a pleasant feeling and encourages sleep!Pros:Arrived quicklyGreat size (King Size)Truly luxurious feelGood valueCons:Not as firm as I'd like

These are soft fluffy pilows. Not for those that like a hard more supportive pillow.
I love these pillows. If you are looking for a vrry full pillow, this type is not for you. These pillows are morr for people who prefer a more flat pillow that u can fluff up and fold it any way that fits your sleeping style. I sleep on two pillows as I do not like hard stiff pillows.

Very Thin, No Support, But Well Made
Wow is all I can say, this pillow is a huge disappointment to me. There is so little filling in it. I don't enjoy a high loft pillow to begin with, as I am primarily a stomach sleeper, but this is ridiculous and totally uncomfortable to me. It's a little bit better than having no pillow at all, but that's not a great recommendation.I followed the instructions upon receipt and tumbled this in the dryer in low for 30 minutes and then allowed it several hours to "fluff up." There's not much there to fluff, so nothing really happened during that time.I went back and read over this pillow's description and was shocked to see the price point, description "high end" "5-star hotel," and the photos provided. Take a look at the photo of the lady laying on a pillow and how elevated her head is upon a thick plush pillow. That is not the pillow I received. The pillow I have received is thinner than any pillow I have ever seen, and it would never be found at a 5-star hotel for that reason. However, I will say that the exterior fabric and seams are very nice and very well done. I love how this fabric feels and I love the look of the pillow. Both of these aspects are high quality. For those reasons I gave this pillow 2 stars, and not one. It's also possible there are people who would want a very thin pillow with little support, but I don't think this pillow is described or shown with those qualities, and for that reason I cannot rate this pillow higher. If you are someone who is looking for an extremely thin but well-made pillow, this is the one I would recommend!

Not At All What I Expected
This is not at all what I was expecting. I expected the type of pillow I find in 5-star hotels. This is NOT that. It could be if it had more filling but the filling in it is enough for maybe a pillow half it's size. I hated it. My son who isn't picky at all hated it. The only one who wanted it was my six-year-old daughter and she folds it over and uses it like a smaller pillow with all the stuffing pushed to one half.If you're looking for a 5-star hotel pillow this definitely isn't what you want. I'd suggest telling the hotel manager that you'd like to buy a pillow from them the next time you stay at a hotel. Some will sell you one outright (a new one) while other hotels will likely tell you to just take it from the room and then you're billed for it (which is a way to get one but you end up with a used one).
