Used machine sold as new
This machine is a used machine as the warranty was initialed on August 23, 2019. The machine was sold on May 31, 2020 as a new machine with no indication that it was a repaired machine. Amazon description of the product was misleading and deceptive in the description of the computer as new when it was not new. Amazon is invoking the principle that the buyer alone is responsible for checking the quality and suitability of goods before a purchase is made. This principle is know as Cavet Emptor

I haven't seen any of the defects mentioned. This computer may have some defects!
The screen may be a little bit darker, but it is fine with me. I got an issue with the battery life and the fan sound at times getting higher. The webcam is not very clear, especially in the dark. It is touch screen, and it has Window's ink.

Our IT guys advised me to purchase this but looking at the 1 review that talks about the product, that doesn't sound good for 4 Starts, Humm I might have to keep doing research... (I tried not to check on any Star but it wouldn't let me post without it so Im neutral)
