Don’t use the silicone bowl, it tasted like burnt rubber.
For the price, overall a solid little hookah. The hose is good quality and the base seems well made so far. I never smoked out of a silicone bowl before and on my first session with the included bowl, I didn’t have a good time. I’m not sure but I think the silicone was burning and it had an awful taste. I couldn’t even continue. It hurt my lungs and made me feel sick. The heat management system seems ok. I swapped out the included bowl for an apple with foil and my experience is much better. I won’t use the silicone anymore and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else use it either.

A waste of time
The hose didnt fit. The diagram on the box was not of the hookah purchased. I had to return this product.

Overall, it is a good hookah . The company just needs to pay attention to the complaints.
When my package first arrived, I was super excited. I opened the box looking for the instructions but there were none that fit the hookah that I ordered. I had to Google a how to video, thanks to YouTube. Also, the remote for the LED lights were cracked. Once I got the hookah set up and ready for use, the hose kept coming out. When I started trying to smoke, it kept coming out. I just ordered another hose to see if that one would work better.

It’s ok, but it could be better
Hose is terrible and wouldn’t stay in. Ended up buying a different hose from my local hookah shop. Also due to the odd shaping of the unit itself it’s difficult to clean. Love the ceramic bowl and heat management system.

Love this hookah!
Absolutely love, one of the best I’ve had! Pulls great! Easy to assemble. Didn’t understand the hose so I just used my own. But other than that I am in love. It’s also very easy to clean, the silicone bowl is great and allows for easy handling! 10/10 recommend!

Horrible
Horrible product. Do not buy glad it is unavailable for anyone to purchase and don’t bring it back either. Please read reviews, wish I did before purchasing. Doesn’t work, doesn’t come with instructions and was missing parts. Have to return was a Christmas gift to someone

Missing pieces and no instructions
I bought this Hookah based on a recommendation from an influencer. The hookah is very cute but it came with pieces missing for the hose and no instructions. I will have to purchase a separate hose. If that doesn’t work, I will be retuning this item
