This wheat grass powder is amazing not only to give me energy, but also to rinse my mouth with.I had a smelly molar that has a root canal. That made my mouth stink, and I had to use all kind of mouth rinsers over and over during the day. Nothing killed the bacteria or the smell until I used this product. Every morning and night I rinse my mouth with half of a spoon of the powder and a zip of water; I keep it on from 15 to 20 minutes while I do something. The smelly odor is gone.

I use it in all my green juices. I also use it in my son’s juices. He doesn’t eat his veggies, so I put it in his juices so he can drink it.

I add one scoop to a small amount of room temp water and chug it. I’ve gotten used to the taste. It’s actually not bad.

As advertised in respect to the actual product. I think it worked for what I got it for but that may have been a timing matter as well. It was worth a shot all the same and should last me a long time!

I am so happy with this purchase. I don't eat the healthiest and need a product that helps provide my body with the nutrients it needs. I don't like pill form supplements because often times they are filled with fillers, that once finally digested, there is little to no nutritional value.Wheat grass offers so many benefits and I've heard it over and over again. I always thought it was extremely expensive though, so I really never thoroughly did my research to make the purchase. I was at a flea market in Florida and a vendor over heard me taking about being a Breast Cancer Survivor and she told me to start drinking wheat grass immediately! She educated me on the benefits and why it's so good for our body. It helps to alkalize the body, which is pertinent for me because cancer thrives in an acidic atmosphere and cannot survive in a well alkalized body. She told me that this is the brand that she uses and swears by. She said it gives her increased energy, focus, and all around just makes her feel better.The directions state to mix with 8 ounces of water or mix into a smoothie. If you've never had any form of protein powder or powder form greens, this may be a bit hard for you to get used to. It's gritty and I'm not going to lie, it tastes like grass. It is so worth it though because of the benefits it offers the body. For me, mixing it with 8 ounces of water is just too painstaking. I usually mix it with 2 ounces of water and chug away.I've been taking it for 7 days now and I can honestly say that I have more energy than I have in a long time. I'm normally very lethargic, lack motivation, have no desire to work out, etc. I wasn't sure if it was working or not until I forgot to take it one day and I couldn't believe how I felt. I was back to my sluggish self.Every morning, while I am waiting for my coffee to brew, I mix it up and chug it down. I have found that I drink far less coffee now that I did before I started taking it. Most days now I can barely finish one cup of coffee.In the last 2 days, I've biked and walked over 10 miles. I haven't walked 10 miles in the last 3 months combined. It's a great start to the day. I love the fact that it's Organic, USDA Certified, Non GMO, Vegan and Gluten free. With so many products on the market these days, it is important to know what we are putting into our bodies.I highly recommend this for anyone and everyone. It contains essential vitamins and minerals the body needs and it keeps the body alkalized. For an added boost, mix it with alkaline water instead of regular water.

This product has a host of benefits. I use it for my teeth. I swish it around in my mouth twice a day for a few minutes. Over a few weeks your gums will bleed less or stop all together. It will tighten your gums, loose teeth, it will heal cavities and remineralise your teeth. It is like magic. You can't make this stuff up. Not only that but it has chlorophyll and phosphorus which has amazing health benefits. Trace elements are the fabric of the root of your existence. Each and every component is necessary to allow the next to work. It makes you feel good with just a shot. Also, the value is unbeatable. This will last you quite a while. It's easy to use as you just take about an 1/8th to a 1/2 teaspoon in filtered water. Again. Swish in your mouth twice a day. You can spit it out or swallow and get those extra benefits of wheat grass. It's not a too good to be true type of ordeal. It's a product with ingredients that your body demands. For those who are weary of your oral health, I swear to you this stuff is IT.

Purchased this product for my dogs. They all seem to eat their meals and then head right out to the yard to eat the bark off the trees and munch on tree roots and weeds growing along the fence line...figured on top of all the fresh veggies, vitamins and supplements they get, something was still missing. After only 5 days, I have noticed the older 3 (11 and 12 y.o.) seem to have more agility, energy and spunk (inciting play which they haven't done in ages). They seem to sleep better also, even through scary thunderstorms. Eyes appear more clear,too. I'll keep watching and perhaps update review further down the road. It is expensive and a pill form would be easier to handle rather than this fine powder in 7 dog food bowls at a time, but if it keeps them younger and healthier, it is well worth the expense, effort and mess.Edit: It is now mid-July and while the dogs continue to experience the positive changes I mentioned originally, they continue to eat the mulch, bark off the trees, chew on tree limbs that fall to the yard during storms, etc. Think I'll let this product go and try to find something else that will help eliminate this wood-chewing craving. I'm beginning to think if they could climb the trees, they'd turn into woodpeckers! (Wouldn't need the wings because they are all Greyhounds and can fly like the wind anyway!) If it was less expensive, however, I would definitely continue with it for them because of the positive changes they've experienced. I originally gave it 3 stars because I wasn't sure of the results. I would now give it 5 stars for effectiveness, but still only 3 stars because of the expense.
