Wing Chun Wooden Dummy Mook Yan Jong - Traditional IP Man Wooden Dummy with Complimentary Striking Protective Pads

Great addition to my home training area.One of the height blocks was broken in shipment, but a little wood glue worked perfect.

This wooden dummy is not worth the money. It is very cheaply made (it came with about a 6 inch block of wood chipped off), poorly constructed (the distance between the arms is too small to execute many movements from the 116 Wooden Dummy form), and the screws do not match the holes drilled in the wood so to get it stable will require a trip to the hardware store. Buyer beware.

I must start with a brief grim note before going into the good stuff. Bear with me please. My dummy arrived later than expected due to a misinformation problem between Augusta Pro in China, FedEx and US customs in Oakland CA. When Augusta Pro found out about my issue they got into it real quick and put all their effort to solve the problem in a matter of hours and I finally got my enjoy Mook Jong. They behaved like real pros and they even threw in a very cool extra item for all the trouble and my patience. Regarding my Mook Jong, I love it, it's amazing, saves a lot of space compared to all the other dummies with the framework, has amazing quality, great looks looks, and it's really beautiful, so much that it could be a part of your practice in your living room, (I couldn't't convince my wife to agree with me on this, so I had to put it in my garage, lol!!), and still look cool and elegant. It's incredibly practical, and I love practicing in it, not only my Wing Chun techniques but also all my fighting techniques from Wushu, Filipino Kali, Chinese Kenpo, Kajukenbo and Kung Fu, your creativity in Martial arts is the limit. Not to mention my 9 year old son, who loves to practice his techniques on the dummy as well. It's really worth it. Cracks started appearing after less than 15 times of use. I have to go buy straps to hold it from splitting apart. I guess I can't expect much for its price.

Not bad. The shipping scar it slightly.With some gorilla tape for additional support,I'm sure it will hold up well! All in all I'm happy with it😎

Works pretty good with about 150 lbs on the back of it to hold it in place

Product came damaged and with no instructions whatsoever on how to assemble it. For the price the product was cheaply manufactured.

The Jong I received was in perfect condition. No damage suffered during shipping. It came with no assembly instructions, but was very easy to assemble. The Jong is absolutely perfect! Beautifully stained and constructed. It's also very heavy and stable with 80lbs of weight on the rear of the stand. The workmanship of this product is excellent! I definitely give this product 5 stars!!
