There was no RG6 coax cable in the box as indicated. The satellite dish rubber feet were also missing. I contacted the seller who replied they would send these items to me. I have yet to receive them so I had to go purchase my own cable. This is why the 3 stars. The actual equipment and use is a 4.5 stars. Great picture. Tech support has been easy to deal with; however, been dealing with them frequently due to losing signal on one of the receivers that can not be fixed without tech support. Of the two weeks I have been using, I’ve had to call three times. Overall, satisfied, but the signal loss on the second receiver is a pain in the xxx.

If you are only using one wally box they work very good . If you attempt to buy the tailgater and two wally boxes it is a disaster . Teck support wont even take your calls you are forced to leave messages and it will be days later they call and tell you if you are not in front of your Tv and receiver they cant help you . I dont sit for days in front of a Tv that is not working waiting for a call back .

If I could give this a quarter star I would. Nowhere was I told that you couldn't watch a different channel than what you are recording. Trying to keep the second receiver on a channel is virtually impossible. Never ever get Dish again.

Worked great for 7 months then it started having issues finding satellite and king basically said buy a new one it’s not replaceable or repairable. Other single antenna I have from them has been great for 3 years

This is a good antenna and the Wally works pretty well in an RV but the second receiver is all but a complete waste of money. The steps required to actually watch TV on the second receiver is just way to cumbersome. Dish could have done a much better job designing this system. Stick with a system with just a single Wally receiver.
