LAVONE Bottle - Self-Cleaning Water Bottle and Water Purification System

This is my first time buying a self-cleaning water bottle and I found this one to be a very good deal compared to the alternatives and it works great. First of all, the reason I finally opted for a self-cleaning water bottle was that I was tired of using the same water bottle with the cap getting infected with fungus. I washed it frequently with soapy water and it would always end up with some fungus growing either in the cap or the bottom of the bottle within a day or two. Then I learned about self-cleaning water bottles. They were a little pricier than I was used to but it's definitely worth it. This bottle is very easy to clean and I don't actually need to clean it that often, I just run the UV cleaning cycle every couple of days and that seems to do the trick most of the time (I only use it for water and sometimes some liquid water flavoring). The cap screws on and is completely waterproof so far. The vacuum insulation works well too. I often fill it up with ice water in the evening and it's still cold the next day, so I'd say it keeps things cold for at least 8-12 hours. I brought it with me while doing errands for a few hours without any ice and the water stayed cold in my hot car -- impressive. Lastly, the UV cleaner seems to be working based on the fact that I've never really felt like it's needed to be cleaned -- no sign of fungus like with my plastic bottles. The window in front of the light did get a little cloudy (see picture) so the seal isn't great but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I use it about once every other day on average and I'm still on my first charge after 3.5 weeks. I do like that it's rechargeable and it has a magnetic charging cable for charging (the gray rubber gasket comes off to expose the charging points. One recommendation, if you're putting ice in it, I would fill it up halfway with water first to cushion the fall as you drop your ice cubes in so it doesn't make dents in the nice silver bottom of your new water bottle.

I was excited to learn that there was a cheaper alternative to a self cleaning water bottle with this model. I was hesitant to purchase it, as I already had a larger water bottle that I have been using that was also insulated. What I love about this water bottle is that it is smaller than the one I had been lugging around, and even though I have to replenish it throughout the day, I don’t mind at all. Less weight to carry around, and one or two ice cubes perfectly keeps my water chilled pretty much overnight. Having this bottle makes me enjoy keeping me hydrated by drinking much more water than I usually would. I usually turn it on several times during the day and one charge lasted all week. I highly recommend this water bottle. So far after a week of owning it, I have been very mindful of making sure it is within easy reach. I really hate the smell that eventually develops in my other water bottles even though I keep them washed, and that just turns me off of drinking water when I should. After a week of using this and turning on the sanitizing feature, I can attest that there is no funky smell. I really don’t like the taste of water, but the sanitizing feature makes my water taste so good! I am doing my part to help with the environment by not buying water bottles!

This is perfect for making sure I am drinking water that isn't contaminated.I really like the design of this and what it is capable of.I didn't have any idea there was a water bottle that did this so I was so happy when I discovered this!

I needed a sterilization bottle in my diet since I must consume a lot of water, I chose this one and it is very practical to use, the water tastes fresh, and it has not taken a bad smell as it happens with the others. No more water bottles!! It has a capacity of 550 ml (19 oz) and also sterilizes other objects, perfect for this pandemic, it is light to transport, and also keeps hot drinks for a long time, takes only 3 min to sterilize and has approximately 30 uses, You only have to remove the silicone cover, which protects from the liquid and is very easy to load. I love it because I also help the planet.

I have had this bottle for a few days now and I love it. I usually go through 2-3 cases per week and I am trying to be more mindful of my waste and use of plastic. The instructions were easy to follow and the water tastes great. That was my biggest worry, the metallic taste, but this bottle doesn't have it! I fill it up several times a day and it works great. It takes 3 minutes to clean the water. I love this technology! I am surprised it took me this long to find out products like this exist. The price point compared to other bottles is also nice. Affordable and I can definitely get more for my loved ones. I have already ordered a second bottle. I do wish it was bigger but thats not really a con for the price.

The product seems to be working as claimed. The water taste is not any different. Comes with a nice pouch to carry it. Liked it!! Will definitely recommend it to you.

I hated the smelly water bottles and having to clean them all the time. This solves everything. I can fill it up with tap water not even filtered and then hit the button, wait 3 minutes, and the water tastes really good and the water bottle is no longer smelly. This is truly an amazing water bottle. It has kept my cold water the exact same temperature around 18 hours later. The charger is cool too, you just remove the protective cover and you can charge the bottle easily.

The lid has come apart after short amount of use as it's only affixed by some tiny screws in plastic.
