I picked this product because it had 3 different vibration modes—oscillating, pulsating and lateral vibrations. Other brands had only one of the three vibration modes. I also picked this one for the larger width. What I was really surprised was how quiet the Rumblex Plus 4D performed. It was extremely quiet. It featured 3 different vibration modes - oscillating, pulsating and lateral vibrations.Pain relief:I bought this for arthritis pain relief.Weight loss:doesn’t hurt to lose some weight while trying to get rid of pain.Size:The Rumblex Plus 4D has a wider width.Weight:This weighs 43 lbs but it has built in wheels which makes it easier to move around.Value for money:iI waited until Amazon had their Prime Day Sale and saved $55.Speed:The Rumblex Plus 4D features 60 speed levels.Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked the Rumblex Plus 4D because it had 3 different vibration modes - oscillating, pulsating and lateral vibration. And I also picked it for the flat surface vs a curved surface platform.

This isn't your grandma's belt shaker! I am a licensed massage therapist. I purchased this product after feeling the results for myself while working on a long-time client. They as always been active and diligent about self care. At their latest visit, I asked what they were doing different and they mentioned the Lifepro. They were holding significantly less fluid in their tissues which indicates their lymphatic system is less stagnant. Their muscles were less tense as well.I was surpised that it is almost completely silent. I remember hearing my grandma's "shaker machine" throughout the whole house. The only drawback is that trying to use it under certain conditions pops a breaker. When my husband or I put our feet on the outer workout spots, the motors have no problem trying to maintain their pace. However, the breaker for whatever outlet it is one trips.

I love 💕 my Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate.I’ll be honest I struggle to motivate myself to excercise.Rumblex has solved that problem for me. It’s fun and I’m able to find 10 minutes in my busy schedule to due it.Now full disclosure I’m also walking 40 minutes at least 3 times a week; as well as using my Rumblex 3 to 4 times a week.In the past 2 months I have lost15 lbs. about 2 lbs a week. I am now able to get down and off the ground with just using my legs.If I have extra long walk and my legs are sore I get un this right after for 5 minutes and my legs don’t get that sore cramps feeling they normally would.I Feel happy, positive, more energized and just better since started using this.I am very happy with it and don’t regret it spending the money to get it.

So far I enjoy the vibration plate itself. My issue is with two design features. One is it needs 4 wheels not two for moving around. I would prefer the 4 wheels moved in all directions. It would make it easier. It very heavy machine which is great it is beef, but two wheels that only move in one direction is frustrating when trying to move to either pull out or to store unit under a bed or some other place. Also moving on carpet is hard too. Since the current design the wheels are on the same the as the electrical plug. That leads me to second design flaw is location of the electrical plug you have to unplug it to move it around using the one directional two wheels. So to improve easy of movement need four wheels that can move in all direction and putting electrical plug on a side where the wheels are not located. Right now we have to tip the machine up on its side to put it plug in or out every time we move the vibration plate. I need help moving because of these two design features flaws. Other then that I like the machine it is helping with my swollen ankles. It excellent in that regards. Which two main reasons it is very successful and why I purchased it since I weight close to 400lbs. I need a machine that can handle my weight. I also need it’s help reduce my swollen ankles. That’s why I have given it 4 stars, and not 5 stars.

I aim to use this daily and am getting there, ultimately would like to use 2-3 times a day. Sometimes I just stand or sit on it when I’m tired and don’t want to do it, and usually shoulder and arm exercises with heel raises and squats, some stretching. I don’t often do exercises that require any part of me off the board. The 10 minutes goes by quickly and it has helped with my plantar fasciitis and a host of other unwelcome aches that have required p/t. After using it I’m much more loose and relaxed, and I feel like I’m sleeping better, too.I’m curious to see if more use will result in weight loss or reduction of cellulite but even without that this is an awesome machine.As far as its claim that it’s quiet… um no. I have hardwood floors in a second floor apartment. The machine is on its mat on top of a rug on top of a pad and I don’t use it early because it definitely shakes my place and I don’t want to wake up my downstairs neighbors.Even with the rattling it’s definitely worthwhile and a 5-star purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this one for the weight limit on this particular model, because I have plans on using weights during my workouts. I am also 'well rounded' and heavier than I should be, and I didn't want to be too close to the higher end of the weight limit on the plate. Weight loss:I have high hopes that this will be a great addition to my weight loss and health journey. Pain relief:I have heard great things about these vibration plates being good for pain relief and for reducing swelling, so I see that as an added benefit to the other reasons for purchasing this product.
