Great product and a good price

Have used this product for two years and it works really well for my needs…..hair, nails and skin. I take one every morning and one every evening. Works better that way than one higher dose just once a day. Easy to swallow and never any after taste etc.

While grocery shopping some time ago, I purchased a bottle of Nature's Truth Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies because I had run out of this supplement manufactured by another brand. Being budget minded, noticed that Nature's Truth was a better deal.After a short while of consuming the gummies, I noticed my nails were growing longer and stronger and breaking less.Wasn't sure if it was my immagination and/or wishful thinking, but my hair seemed to be fuller, more lustrous, breaking less, fewer split ends and growing a little faster.When I noticed my supply was getting low, ordered a bottle of Nature's Truth Hair, Skin & Nails soft gels on line. The deal was better (more product for about the same amount of $) and personally, I prefer swallowing soft gels to chewing gummies that tend to stick to my teeth.Last night, started taking the soft gel version. Very easy to swallow. My expectation of this product is that I will continue to have faster growing long and strong nails along with a head of hair that continues to be lustrous, fuller and growing out a little faster.Will update after taking the soft gels for a while longer.

I used the Walgreens version for a while. Then I found this one. This one was better priced, and had the same percentage of vitamins in. The bottle came, and it was only half full. I am sure I got the 165 pills in the bottle, the pills are just really small. They should consider using a smaller bottle, most of these reviews talk about how the bottle was only half full. The Walgreens version the smell was not wonderful, but this version wow they stink. If you can get past the bottle size and the smell, it seems to be a good buy.

Great supplement

My nails feel stronger after 3 weeks of use. I don't notice any difference in my skin. I think it will take more time to strengthen my hair. But I'm posting the photo because the bottle is way bigger than needed since the pills are super small. Just to confirm what others have stated, I did count them and the proper number of pills were inside. It's just that the bottle is deceptive because it's only about 1/3 full unlike what is advertised. I only gave it 3 stars because the labels are deceptive as others mentioned. The formula is not consistent. If you zoom in on their photos, for example, on 1 pic is says 1000IU but on another pic you can see off to the left side, the same Vita D line shows 2000IU.
