Super product!
We love this product. It keeps wine fresh and is easy and portable. The company is super helpful to work with, if you have needs. We contacted them because we lost one of the tops and they replaced quick and free of charge. I'm not sure if that's their policy, or if we were just friendly and they were friendly back... but that's the type of business I like dealing with.Feel good about ordering this - price point is great and it makes a GREAT gift. We are about to order more for that very purpose.

Disappointed
I bought this product to help preserve my wine but was very disappointed. Only one of the stoppers works while the other is completely defective and doesn't creat a vacuum with my bottle. And the only on that does work LEAKS !! I laid my wine bottle in the fridge and the next morning it was leaked all over the fridge. Buyer, please beware and think twice before purchasing this item.

For light-weight wine aficionados
My boyfriend and I love wine, but we usually don't finish a bottle, which is why this wine preserver comes super handy.It is easy to use and works great. Unfortunately, one of the stoppers stopped working. I contacted the customer service fully intending to buy a new set of stoppers. They just sent me a brand new set of the pump and stoppers without charging me!!! Whaaaaat???!! Super generous, and super professional.I'd highly recommend this to anyone who loves wine but cannot finish a bottle in one sitting.

Perfect!!!
This is a must have for every wine lover! I almost never finish a bottle in one night and this is the perfect way to keep the leftover wine tasting great. And I love that I can now store white wine bottles horizontally in the fridge! The wine preserver is so easy to use. After placing the wine stopper in the bottle I pump until I can feel resistance and then I know that the bottle is sealed. My friend told me a great tip to run the bottom part of the stopper under water before placing it in the bottle. I will definitively be giving this as a gift to my wine loving friends. The quality is excellent, it's obviously very well made and the design is so sleek and beautiful.

Excellent Customer Service
Our first set had a flawed stopper so I contacted the company, and they replaced it immediately. Lumo Casa has excellent customer service! The wine preserver is working perfectly now.
