Black Bear Energy, Energy Drink 8.4 Ounce (Pack of 24)

Fabulous energy drink! No jitters or anxious feeling. Brisk walked 4 miles more easily. Nice clean drink. Gave energy boost and therefore felt uplifted. Got my daily task done without the afternoon crash or that gnawing feeling of fatigue throughout day. Would like to know if this is ok to drink daily or not?

I think this is an excellent product if you are supplementing B12. Tastes great, but not with the guilt of other fizzy soft drinks. Hydroxy is the most expensive and most bioavailable B12 and there is a lot here. With MTHFR issues adeno and methyl cobalamine are good too (compared to the cyano - read cheaper - variety). HOwever, I gave this 3 stars because it doesn't quite do the job for me. The first time I had a can (with lunch) I was awake all night with a BUZZ - 15 hours later! So I cut it down to 2 oz in the morning to see if I could supplement with B12 that way. Didn't stay awake at night, but I felt dizzy about a half hour after taking it. I have done the MTHFR testing and feel there is something else that needs to be tweaked before I can really tolerate and benefit from this. HOwever, I plan to come back to it and try after doing a bit more research on my particular makeup.

I was looking forward to this "natural" energy boost, but instead found I had absolutely no sense of energy or alertness, and found that after drinking 1 per day for 9 days, I was gaining weight! I think all the sugar is what contributed to it. The sugar is "natural" sugars from the fruits, but sugar is still sugar. I would not recommend this product.

Very clean drink for a clean, healthy energy boost.

We drink Black Bear Energy like fiends. Definitely because of the taste and calorie count, more than anything else. Can't say it gives you much energy (we drink other energizing drinks that work really well in comparison), and none of us really notice any difference in our energy/productivity levels after we have it. Maybe a slight boost, but definitely nothing noticeable after one can. One of us drinks C-4 power drink and in comparison, C-4 is like getting splashed with ice water--that's how much energy it gives you.We order a new case every month. It's a little expensive, and it would be nice if there were coupons or other deals. The taste is great, which is definitely what keeps us coming back!! We are fans.

I would buy more of it, but it is pretty expensive! Works great though.
