I wasn't sure what to expect after reading the other reviews, but I decided to try this newly designed cover and see how it worked - I couldn't be happier.I have 2 identical Weber grills, one at home, one at the lake. I had bought the "old" cover for both of them at the same time 2 years ago. After about 22 months, the cover for my home grill started busting apart at the seams, even though it was not as exposed to the weather as the one on my lake grill. We use the home grill 2-3 times a week year round and always recover it between uses. So it saw a lot of use before it started coming apart. The more weathered cover at the lake is looking really grey and appears that it will be falling apart soon.The "new" cover is a lighter and more flexible material. After 2 months I am finding it goes on and off much easier than the old version - I'm really liking it. I think it will hold up much better to the repeated use because there is less tugging at the seams. The new material also seems like it will hold it's color better, but only time will tell on that. My biggest concern with the lighter-weight cover was that it might blow off or come lose (I never bother with the Velcro straps personally) , but I have not had a single issue with that. It hangs/drapes very well, looks good, and stays in place no problem. This is a definite improvement over the old version.Buy it!I'll be happy to replace my lake grill's cover with this new version when the time is right.

After 6 years I finally replaced the Weber vinyl-like cover I bought with the grill. It was cracked in several spots and very awkward to put on with just one person and kind of awkward with two. It was looking ratty. Though I just got the replacement today I can't comment on the longevity of the cover but I can say that it went on waaay easier than the other one. The material is much more fabric-like and very flexible. Also I don't think this material will crack. Weber must think it's pretty good because they give it a 3 year warranty.Some reviewers said the cover was stiff and especially so when it was cold out. It sounds like they were commenting on the old style cover. Just not the same as the newer one.Other reviewers were puzzled by the bag that the cover came in. Cut it off and use it for anything you want. It has no special use.I have one minor complaint and it may work itself out with use. The velcro straps were severely twisted and creased. It made it difficult to press the two halves together. The entire cover was folded so neatly it's hard to see how the straps were so poorly wrapped. But like I said I think they will smooth out with a bit of use.Good price and arrived a day early. If you need a cover this is the one to get.Some reviewers were puzzled by the bag that the cover came in. Cut it off and use it for anything you want. It has no special use.

Fits great. 100% waterproof Velcro straps cinches the cover below the grill top but it would be better if it also had a bungee string at the bottom of the cover to keep it tight. The Velcro straps alone can’t withstand strong wind (50+mph) gusts as I recently discovered. I think cinching the bottom edge would prevent that.

This Weber barbecue cover fit perfect lightweight but does the trick stays in place

Delivered 3 days earlier than expected! It fits my Summit S-670 like a glove. The material seems almost identical to the old unit it replaced, but this one has a storage bag permanently attached to the bottom hem. I foresee the guys who weed wack my yard chewing that up the next time their here. I wish Weber had added.a Velcro attached bag instead. I'm thinking of cutting it off to prevent this from happening.

To cover my new Weber Summit grill E-670. Getting rid of my old summit which has 16 years service with the same Weber cover. I hope this one lasts just as long.

Original BBQ cover we had was damaged over time to the point where the velcro wore off. This replacement fit perfectly and maintains all the necessary characteristics you would want in a BBQ cover, durable, water resistant and good quality material

The cover fits our 74" BBQ great, looks to be waterproof, stays on in gusty winds so appears to be what we were looking for. As we have only had it for around month it is hard to comment on how durable it will be.

The same cover from a UK supplier was twice the price.This is a genuine Weber cover at an exceptional price and looks fantastic.
