It Works
My friend told me about this tea and it's the only thing that works for her. I tried it and it worked for me too. I like the fact that its natural. You won't be running to the bathroom (at least I didn't). It felt like a regular movement. The tea barely has any taste which is also a plus.

miss the old tea...
I am very disappointed that the loose leaf tea seems to have been taken off the market. This instant tea is not the same and it doesn't work the same. I don't like it.
