They were sturdy and up to the task of sewing shut a stuffed turkey-breast half. My only complaint is that they are a bit long and thick. I didn't find anything else, though.

These were easy to thread and sharp.

Basic item, they do exactly what they're supposed to do. The tip is bent to assist with piercing the skin at the right angle, so just be careful that you're not using it backwards (not that it's a big deal, it's just a little easier to use it the right way.)

Just what the turkey doctor ordered...
Have not had the opportunity to use these yet but they look to be just what I needed. I have been struggling with so many cuts of meat, poultry and others that would benefit from the use of butcher's twine. Finally, I got some and I plan on using it tomorrow when I smoke my pork shoulder on the Pit Boss pellet grill. You really need it because often times you have to cut a chunk of fat out from the middle and this makes the roast fall apart.
