I would love to write a review about the performance, however, it is yet to turn on...Plugged in with the USB cable and charger head that came in box. No sign that's it's charging and all buttons unresponsive. The mute blue screen. Let's see how their support services work.UPDATE: Their customer service returned my email and they sent out a replacement unit free of charge. It works and looks to be a good device for our needs. Probably best to order straight from their website and ask that they check the unit before sending. Pleased with their resolution.

We have used this product to assess the extent of turbidity in newly made wines. The instrument provides consistent, reproducible MTU values obtained using a simple, convenient format. The results obtained have enabled accurate prediction of our wine's heat stability, essential data needed prior to bottling.
