Amazon, unfortunately is not clear in their presentation of this product. It comes six packets (2 bars per packet) in each box. A "pack" of six is six boxes of six packets of 2 bars each. Thus, 36 packets, and 72 granola bars. I hope this helps you, and I hope it helps Amazon to realize they need to be more clear about how they describe quantities.

I order it. It is 6 complete boxes. Each complete box contains 6 individual packs. Each individual pack contains 2 granola bars. Total of 72 granola bars.

Question is relative depending on your standards. Maybe not as healthy as a carrot, but probably more healthy than a Snickers bar.
