Bought this for my father who suffers from arthritis in his knees. He said that he had used some of this on his knee when his friend brought some over after he had been complaining about his pain and that it had provided him immediate relief. After finding it on Amazon, I ordered it for him and crossed my fingers that it would be as effective. The product was received timely and I gave it to my father right away. He used it immediately and has been using it for about a week now. He says that it has significantly reduced the amount of pain that he was experiencing and that he can now bend his knee more than he could before. His comfort is of paramount concern to me, so if he's happy with the results, then so am I. I would recommend this product and buy it again.

I stumbled upon this product at a trade show about 8 years ago. Bought a package deal, and it lasted that long until earlier this month. The pain relief was so great, when I moved out from my partner, he called to make sure I left half of the Real-Time!The smell is very mild and not harsh. The relief is so quick, most people are in disbelief it's the effects of the cream. Even though it states foot cream, you can and should use it everywhere. Great for athletes and active lifestyles. Even on arthritic hands and knees.

I was at an event n one of the vendors had a sample of this cream(not the foot one) to try out anywhere that was aching on the body I tried it on my knee n it worked after that I went on your site n I seen the one for your foot I tried it n it works 100% I love it. It felt great n no more pain in my feet.

Small tub and travel packs contain Arnica.The large tub does not contain Arnica.Any explanation for this?One of the reasons for buying this was that it contains Arnica.Very strange
