Q: What are the 5 layers? steel on top and bottom but what is in the middle? i’ve seen all clad has 3 steel layers, 2 aluminum. what is the pans layers?

This KitchenAid 5-ply cookware is made up of 2 outer layers of stainless steel with 3 layers of Aluminum in the center. Not the best design, will be more prone to warping that say the AllClad D5 which has stainless steel in the middle, which will hep keep warping down.
