These are my third pair of compression socks in with this amount of pressure and my fifth pair by this company. They last well (my first pair is over a year old). I am a pharmacist and tend to be stationary for long periods of time. I have invested in probably 10 pairs of compression socks and these are my favorite so far. I am 5'3" so I have relatively short calves. Several pairs are too long for my calves and stop at my knee joint, which causes the socks to roll in a tourniquet effect. The only thing that would make me like them more is if they came in solid black. I think they may actually come in solids, but not in my size. These are a great quality sock and worth the investment if you are concerned about circulatory problems.

The socks are well-made, with no annoying seams. Surprisingly easy to get on, even though they are the moderate compression. I have big feet (size 12!), so I purchased the large socks, as recommended by the sizing guide. Unfortunately, however, they ended up being thigh-highs, and I;'m not exactly short (5'6"). I cuffed them at the top and wore them for a busy 12-hour nursing shift anyway. At the end, my feet felt great, but I had a sore ring below my knees from where they were doubled up. Disappointing. But, if you have normal-sized feet or long legs, these would probably fit well. If they fit, I would definitely buy more.

I love them. They do not slide through the shoe. They stay in place. Also, they are so soft

I bought these because I have been developing varicose veins during the last few months of my pregnancy. I wear a women's size 7 or 7.5 in shoes, my ankles have a circumference of 20.5 cm at the smallest point and my calves have a circumference of 37 cm at the widest point. The size S is a perfect fit! The socks are nice and roomy at the toes while tight on the entire length of my lower leg and long/tight enough to stay up all day. The compression level is very comfortable also.Since I started wearing compression socks, I haven't seen any further development of those pesky varicose veins, and there might even be a bit of improvement - or perhaps that is wishful thinking. Either way I highly recommend these socks!

Overall great compression socks for the money. I have tried many different brands and CompressionZ keeps coming out as the best for the money. These are high quality socks that will last compared to many of the other brands that immediately start pilling and falling apart. Will look to buy another couple pairs in the near future.

Update 1/3/19: Ordered a new pair to replace the ones that had previously tore at the heel, and they are no longer the same material. The new pair are the same flimsy compression material that can be found all over Amazons website for extremely cheap. This company has lost all my respect.Update 10/1: Sock tore at the heel showing the limited life of such an expensive product. Just outside the return window so now I'm left with a useless piece of cloth. Seller wanted me to send in photos and make Amazon eat the exchange rather then standing behind their product.Finally! Real compression socks that don't go limp after a twelve hour shift. These babies are TIGHT and feel great for an RN like myself that is on their feet for 13hour stents. I honestly feel like these give me more energy during my shift and I am not constantly nagged by my aching feet.

I love that they sell small compression socks. The fit is perfect. It has just the right amount of compression for the size. I’m a size 5 in shoes and I’m 5 feet tall and weigh 100 lbs.
