Does it have to be hot?? Can I make it iced coffee ??

What I usually do is buy my coffee from Starbucks either hot or cold and add one packet to it. Works fine for both.

Does it help with weight loss?

It did help with weight loss. I just had to use two in one cup of coffee. One just wasn’t enough.

Can men drink this coffee?

Skinny Boost Skinny Coffee is made for men and women. Yes absolutely!

Does it break your fast in the AM?

Coffee in general doesn’t give me energy.. this definitely tastes good! I havnt been drinking it to long so not sure about the weight loss part. I drink mine with premier protein. It hasn’t curbed my appetite. Not sure if this answers your question.
