Love the platter and color, and price too when it was on sale !!! It shipped fast and was securely packaged, to arrive in perfect condition (unlike some other items I ordered on Amazon). This serving platter can be used for anything, although I bought it specifically to use as a cake platter for homemade loaf cakes and it is the perfect size for that. However, you can use it for whatever you want to present your "yummies" in an appetizing manner .... grilled veggies, appetizers, wraps, chicken wings (for those who indulge), basically anything edible.Since I enjoy setting a proper table for our daily family dinner meals, I will find plenty of uses for the platter. Plopping pots and pans on the table for dinner is not a cozy setting and I rather present dinner as special meal (especially if I cook something not everyone likes). Yes, there are lots of extra dishes to clean up, but well worth the extra work at the end of a busy (and sometimes frustrating) day, spending dinnertime together in comfort with your loved ones.

Solid Platter
The platter was a little smaller than I imagined it would be, but it is nice and works for what we need. It is solid. The color is very pretty, having an almost pearl-like sheen to it. I am happy with this purchase.

Overall, it serves the purpose. It's the perfect size and shape for my banana bread. My only disappointment is that the red is not nearly as vibrant as shown in the photos. Otherwise, it does what I need it to do.

Wonderful platters
Great color, great sturdiness, only returned them because what I was looking for was a different size and I should have read the details more carefully. These would be excellent for serving appetizers.

Nice medium size platter
All the platters I found were so big they take up an acre on my table or island so I was looking for a medium sized one and this was it. Very nice, heavy but not too heavy and the red is a beautiful cranberry color. The price was a steal! So glad I found this.

Perfect size
Most of my glass serving trays are large and hard to handle , but this one is just the right size for a party of two-four. Love the color.
