Has become one of my top supplements.
As we know, taking proton pump inhibitors for acid reflux is the logical but self defeating way to go. What you need is MORE stomach acid so that the bits outside your stomach at both ends know what to do with approaching swallowed food and the food that's on it's way out of the stomach as well. All of these effects are set in motion / stimulated by stomach acid. To have higher levels of stomach acid take these stomach acid and digestive enzyme progenitors. Take 1 a day in the middle of the day between meals and you'll be able to digest your meals better and will suffer less from acid reflux, conditional also to what you eat, how much you eat and how often you eat - i.e. it should be minimal and never late at night.

Good quality.
Used this for a while when trying to repair my gut health. Unfortunately, I cannot say if it was helpful or not due to the regime i was on. Vould have been sny one of a few.

Good for digestion!It helps my digestion a lot! I had slow digestion but these capsules helped it so much. I don’t have the uncomfortable, bloated feeling I used to have before taking them.

Not good
I recently purchased this for my acid reflux, hoping it would provide some relief. However, this product has actually increased my acid reflux and I am not pleased with the results. I took it for just 2 days and my acid reflux was worse for those 2 days.

It works - don't always believe your doctor who is assuming you have high stomach acid!!
This stuff definitely works. I was clearly actually suffering from LOW stomach acid but had been continuously treated with antacids and told I have IBS. I take one tablet half way through a meal and it really reduces my nausea which used to always happen after eating. I find it helps you digest bad processed food (like pizza) without having cramps and pooing all night lol.
