Very sweet and whimsical story. Great illustrations! One of my favorites to gift!

Would you like to happy cry a little while contemplating nature and the passing of time? Then this one’s for you! Jokes aside, all of his books are fantastic - but this one is probably one of my favorites - up there with My Garden.The illustrations and simple storyline is perfect for early readers. All of my kids love this book, but especially my 2.5 year old.

This was a great book to use for our homeschool preschool. I bought it used and it was still in good condition.

This became a fast favorite in our house with its stunning images. The colors are so beautiful, it’s a joy for both parent and baby to read!

I love anything by Kevin Henkes and this is no exception. His writing is beautiful and simple and the illustrations are gorgeous. I really love this board book version for young kids. I have the hardback for my children and have bought the board book version for babies and shower gifts.

Found this book at a library and LOVED it! Illustration are beautiful.. I love reading it to my 20 month oldFour stars because it was missing it's book jacket, but otherwise the book was in good condition..I didn't see any coloring,rips or marks. Really good buy!

I love this book. Sometimes when I read it to my daughter I get a little misty-eyed thing about how old I am and how nice it is to be a cub like her and how, after all, we can all be like cubs. In our hearts, friend. Cub-like in our hearts.

a favorite at our house. it's not a bedtime book really, but we read it as one since it does have sleeping/dreaming/snoring/yawning and reads in a very soothing way.
