I tried these in place of my usual glucosamine and chondroitin capsules because of the added ingredient, MSM that these have. I have noticed any improved benefits after taking them daily for a week, but I'll continue to use this bottle up. It takes 3 capsules for a serving and you may notice a bit of the yellow powder substance inside the capsules has leaked to the outside. There was a fine yellow powder film inside the bottle and on the cotton filler when the bottle was first opened.Results vary, so I would recommend trying these for yourself. They might do the trick for you.

I have been taking MSM since the late 1990s...yes, when it was barely on the market and hard to get. I added Glucosamine and Chondroitin a number of years later. I am an older senior adult that still plays softball, works out, and has competed in the National Senior Games. What I appreciate from this supplement product from 'Epicorganicum' is that all three of my personal favorites that I just mentioned are here in one capsule. The amount of each of these supplements per capsule is in generous amount. There are many factors that lead to the health and condition of our body, but I am a strong believer in these elements that has helped me toward staying healthy and pain-free as I move through my low-70's age range. I recommend this product.

These capsules are smallish and easy to take. You take two a day, and I have not had any problem swallowing them. I have also not had any negative effects from taking them, and I have been taking them for awhile now. My knee actually felt a bit better when I was only using them for a week. You get a months' supply in each bottle, and the price is comparable to anything else similar on the market. They contain Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM; which are three things you need to keep your joints and bones healthy. Therefore, I will continue to keep purchasing this brand and recommend it to others.

I have been researching Glucosamine supplements lately because I have been having problems with my knees and wanted to make sure I got the best product for my money.First off, this product has five (5) different ingredients that are beneficial for joint mobility and pain reduction. A lot of times you will see Glucosamine with only Chondroitin, or sometimes also with MSM. This product takes it further by including Turmeric and Sodium Hyaluronate which is a great addition to balance out the other 3 ingredients.The other thing is this product is a capsule. I feel like the capsule absorb a lot better than those hard tablet supplements.I must say that the smell of this product is amazingly fresh and wonderful! I use my nose a lot of the time to determine if the product is good. This product has a very pleasant scent! It also has a beautiful deep orange color from the fresh turmeric.I would much rather spend a little more to get a well balanced, effective product like this than spending less and getting an inferior product. I think this product is well worth the money for sure!!
