Safety StepSA11-00 Sand Away Step Rug Charcoal

Used this to replace a similar worn-out step pad on our motorhome. Easy to brush sand and mud off your feet so you don't track it inside.These usually last 2 or 3 years before the bristles wear off.It comes with some silly springs for mounting. Toss the springs and use some stainless, sheet metal screws to attach.

No springs or clasps received

We used this for one entire season and absolutely love it! I bought a 2nd for the other step. They are both holding up and are well made.

The attachment springs are not of the highest quality. The mat, when installed on lower step as pictured, would not allow steps to retract. After some “fiddlin” got it to fit on top step although dimensions are not quite right and the mat shows “crush lines” after being retracted for a full day. As a shoe brush it works well and is easy to clean. As a quality part for your RV, not so much. Recommend you find a flat mat of similar material and lay it on the ground at the foot of your steps. Would not recommend or buy again.

I would definetly suggest this for anyone with an RV/camper. This step rug is super handy. It is the perfect material and gets dirt and mud off shoes etc. I got many compliments from other campers. Cheap in price and great quality.

Added to Motorhome and it fit perfectly. My steps measure 24x11.Had two issues. One steps was not 11” but 10.5”. Also missing hardware. Called Amazon and they shipped a replacement. All fixed. Very nice upgrade.Update - Heads up. I installed these step covers and have been pretty happy with them. However, rust started to development under the steps and along the sides. I live in Houston and humid. Removing them and grinding down for repainting. These are great but don’t drain well and could cause issues.
