Inner bag split
Just had a call from the funeral director, the inner bag has split. I’m stuck as to what to do now and can’t get hold of seller to try and get more bags

The bag holding the ashes split in a few places casues the ahses to spill out- would not buy again!
Would not recommed buying this. The bag holding the ashes spilt in a few places when lifted slighty to place in 'box'. Very upsetting ! Luckily I had a flat baking tray which caught most of the ashes, but had to either 'hoover' up or wipe off the remainder from the tray. Most distressing!!!!!!The 'cushion' floated for a few minutes before sinking, which was good.

Bag had a hole in it!!
Product sounded perfect for a dignified water buriel. It was the opposite. Placed the ashes in the bag provided and tied as instructed. lifted the bag to place into the pillow and it had a hole in it!!! The ashes spilled everywhere. I can't express how distressing that was. Managed as best we could to collect the ashes together to place in the pillow. Continued with the water burial.....the pillow did not sink as it was supposed to, we waited an hour. In the end we manually retrieved the pillow and released the ashes from it to the water.

Nice
Used to scatter my fathers ashes in water and was fit for purpose.

Didn't float
This was advertised that it would float briefly before sinking but it sank like a brick straight away. So because of this I wouldn't recommend it.
