it is prepared the same way as coffee. a good way to "start" or to try it is to buy a french press. i bought a small percalator and i find that is easier to use that a french press. you can also buy a french press mug. if i were you i would buy a small percalator - you will love this stuff. a little stevia and coconut milk or almond milk and you have a healthy warm drink. hope this helps.
