Gel Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Sleeve Cushion Foot Pain Heel Insole Orthotic

The part of this package that I really like is the "Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support" - the sleeve with the gel pad arch support. (I don't use the heel silicone sleeve.) I have had plantar fasciitis in my right foot two times and, during the latest bout, I tried everything over a 3 month period to cure it: a night brace, a spiked ball you roll under your foot, a special sock with a band that raises your toe, and even various padded but more-rigid arch supports (name brand) that you buy in the drug store. However, I needed something to wear to support my arch when I am barefoot and when I wear sandals as well as regular shoes. The arch support sleeve with gel pad that goes under your arch in this package does the trick. I wear it only on my right foot (and the left arch sleeve arch support also works OK on the right foot). I have found that my foot pain is much much better now - almost entirely gone. I plan on getting another order of this product to have on hand when needed. The arch support gel sleeve can be washed easily and the gel pad keeps its shape. Great product.

The soft sleeves are worthless. They are super thing and stretch and give way too much, and don't do anything to cushion your heel. The arch support pad seemed helpful for awhile, but even with my ridiculously high arches I couldn't take the pressure. I stopped using them after about a week.

Have not used long enough and (not the heel one) the tan piece with jell insert mimics what my foot doctor has given me. Need more time to fully access its value. It's a good bargain for the various pieces!

I have really bad plantar fasciitis and this did nothing to help. The material is very thin, spandex like and is very weak. The only thing holding the arch gel support in place is some sort of adhesive so you can forget washing this item.

So cheap. They do feel good but only walking barefoot around the house. In shoes they're too hard, and the entire construction of them is definitely not worth $15! Expected better quality, I'd pay $2.99 for these lol.....

This is a different style of treatment from the whole "roll your foot on a ball and ice it" treatment, which helps to control pain after you have it. This setup helps you *prevent* pain. It actually works too! For me, my plantar fasciitis pain seems directly tied to having very high arches, which are only well supported in certain shoes- or with additional arch supports like these. The heel sleeves are nice and squishy and also help, especially in the morning when my pain is worst.

I love this product! I have issues with my left heel, every morning I would be in pain from the moment I step out of bed. Within the first day of wearing it my heel is 98% better! After my normal 10 hour shift and hour walk with my dog I have no pain at all!
