Perfect!

Having fetched my bike out after over ten years, I went for a bike ride only to have bruised buttocks for over two days afterwards! Not wanting this to discourage me from any further rides, I decided to get a new wider saddle similar to the one my hubby has for his bike. After checking reviews on several, I narrowed it down to this and another that cost £24 and chose the cheaper option. So happy I chose this bike seat, it looks smart and the reflective strips are a nice addition but most importantly, it instantly felt comfier than my old seat and more forgiving thanks to the shock absorption (and I was still bruised when I first tried it) and looks every bit as good quality as the one my husband paid close to £20 for.

Heavenly

Suffering from a painful undercarriage from the narrow hard saddle on my new bike I ordered this mainly because the reviews were good and so was the price.It is like a feather cushion compared to the old saddle.I took it to the bike shop to install as it looked complicated it took him about two minutes . They also include a bracket for bikes that don't have the same post plus spanner and a plastic rain cover.Can't fault it so far.

Very comfortable saddle for long cycles

I like to cycle long trips of 60-80km and my old saddle was uncomfortable after about 50k. Now this one is wider (21cm instead of 18cm) which makes a big difference in comfort. Also it’s got covered springs in the bum area and they definitely absorb shock on the bumpy Irish back roads. So I’m a happy cyclist with the added comfort. I cycled 85k the other day and it was a joy. Best Buy yet. Along with my lovely new thermal gauntlet gloves.

Not as comfortable as claimed

Whilst an improvement on my existing saddle this has not proven as comfortable as claimed. It is also considerably higher than my original saddle, so if you're on the lower end of saddle travel it will probably not suit you.Installation was very fiddly and time consuming with no instructions.Overall I regret my purchase, there must be better out there, but, too late!

Easiest installation

Took me less than 3minutes to remove old seat and put this new one on as was so easy to install- even came with tool so no searching to find right size spanner! Bike rides have now increased due to this added comfort! So much so I bought another for the other half!

Comfortable replacement saddle

Bought this for my girlfriend. It was a little fiddly to fit and took longer than expected but she has reported that she is now much more comfortable on longer rides
