My go-to model paint line!
Full disclosure…Since the 60’s I was a Testors fan. Enamel paints vs. acrylics. Back in the day I knew diddly about acrylics. I’ve evolved since then. I’ve discovered how easy these Vallejo paints are to use, and how nice it is to NOT have that enamel stink in the house. And with this Game Air line, you really don’t have to mess with thinners too much when airbrushing ( although that rule doesn’t necessarily apply to every color). I use the Game Air colors frequently for hand-brushing as well and they are equally effective that way. Great color palette available and, if you can’t find it in Vallejo’s lineup of colors, it probably doesn’t exist. I doubt I’ll ever need to look at any other brand of model paints unless it’s for some product that is completely unique to a different company and I can’t live without it.

Great set of airbrush ready paints
Was an absolute steal when I purchased it, I think it was about $35-40 shipped when I got it. A good set of starting colors for someone getting into airbrushing models, vallejo air isn't the best but the value and how easy it is to work with makes up for it. I would recommend getting a bottle of flow improver with this and adding a few drops in your cup each time you spray as vallejo has a tendency to dry on the tip without it.The set has the following colors:WhiteMedium yellowBlueLight greenOlive greenInterior greenLight brownDark earthMahoganyDark brownBlackGloss topcoat -protects paint from scratches and gives it a shiny finishGunmetal -this is metallicBlack - this is metallicFerrari red

Correct Set sent very quickly Happy Customer here.....
The set came in within a couple days of ordering. I have used 5 or 6 of the colors and so far I am very happy with the results. I do thin the paints even though they are designed for airbrush. After thinning 70/30 to 50/50 in the airbrush, the paints are super forgiving and easy to get great results if you do multiple thin layers. I did try without thinning and I had trouble with tip dry very quickly but just a few drops of thinner made these my new favorite AB paints. I don't know why there are so many poor reviews here.

Good quality paints
I was amazed at how smooth one coat looked. Quality paints for your airbrush.

Not a fan
not a fan here. Seems like a few had been used and I just finished a model and figured I would use this paint... keep in mind I have a $200 airbrush and half way thru I get a plugged up airbrush. Keep in mind I had reduced it a bit. Had to be the paint. It wouldn't even spray water! Plugged solid. Not a fan and at $40 I call bullcrap
