This saline spray is highly effective for relieving my baby's nasal congestion and works better than other brands or droppers. The gentle spray mechanism is easy to use and doesn’t upset my baby, and I appreciate the simple, safe ingredients without unnecessary additives.However, the inclusion of baking soda sometimes causes a mild burning sensation, and the packaging could be improved to prevent leaks and make the spray easier to use. A return policy for damaged items would also be helpful.Overall, it’s a great product that could be even better with a few tweaks!

I bought this nasal mist for my infant, and it has truly been a lifesaver. It’s gentle yet effective, clearing my little one’s nose without causing any discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised that even as an adult, I could try it myself, and it worked perfectly!The only issue I had was that the sprayer arrived broken. Despite this, I’m still giving it 5 stars because it performed as expected once I got it working. Highly recommend it for both babies and adults!

I wanted to get my baby a saline spray that didn't have any other additives in it and this is it. It actually sprays up baby's nose as opposed to other "sprays" that are really not true sprays and you have to lean baby's head back. This is so easy to spray up baby's nose from any position. My baby didn't mind me spraying this up her nose at all and was great to relieve her congestion. Love that there no other junk it it, just saline. Only recommendation I have is make sure when you order this online you get it fairly quickly, when I ordered this it was delayed a long time due to a winter storm then I no longer trusted it thinking it was sitting on a truck or in a warehouse somewhere and it froze. If you can get it on time, it works great. I bought mine from a local store. This is a non returnable item.

I was looking forward to receiving this baby nasal spray in the bigger bottle; however, even though it continues to be effective, I find the tip that goes into baby's nose to be not baby nose friendly. The previous bottle that I bought at CVS had the tip which has a more gentle finish for babies. This one is ok.

This product has been a lifesaver with my 3 week old. The spray is so fine, and the nozzle is so small that he doesn't even flinch when it's used on him, and he can immediately breathe again. So much better than the drops!
