RummoSpaghetti Pasta N.3 - Spaghetti Pasta Noodles, Durum Wheat Pasta, Thin Spaghetti Noodles, Italian Pasta, Dry Pasta - 16 Ounce (Pack of 20)

Haven’t been able to eat gluten products for over a decade, which is very frustrating, especially as I’m the only one in the family that can’t eat gluten. My gastro recommended a brand of pasta from Italy (southern) that caused no gluten reactions on her daughter. She said as a gastro she didn’t think it would be any different but seeing how her daughter did so well on it, she’s a believer. I couldn’t find that brand but after doing some research, found that the wheat grown in southern Italy is naturally low in gluten and many who are gluten intolerant do well on it. I have to admit, I had this brand of spaghetti for a while before trying it as the reactions from gluten can often set me back for days. But once I tried it, it was like a gift. No reaction, just a great plate of pasta. I no longer buy two types of pasta, gf and regular, for my family, just this.

I moved from De Cecco to Rummo, only because in the last orders the packages were full of insects. Rummo seems higher quality anyway, I'll stick with Rummo for a while ;-)
