1053-N Previously Issued U.S. G.I. ACU Knee and Elbow Pad Set

I had a need for knee and elbow pads set for an upcoming training exercise and class. These fit the bill well, were comfortable to wear and very well made. The material is a high quality strength and was able to withstand the abuse I gave it. Good choice.

I just finished laying insulation and a subfloor, for our new sunroom. I started out using basic home depot foam knee pads that I thought had served me well for a few years. After 2 hours I changed to these knee pads for the plywood subfloor and what a major improvement that was. I really like them a lot. Also, when I received them they were all in sealed plastic packages and looked brand new. Well worth more than I paid for them.

it Arrived on time in clean packaging and feels soft and firm when I used them, a good addition if someone is looking for kneepads on a budget. on top of that the knees are made of rubber and the clasp is a peg slide lock not a buckler or Velcro so that's a plus.

I wanted some cheap, durable knee pads and these are just what I was looking for. There are some numbers written on the band so these have some history to them. Only downside was some wear and tear but that is part and parcel to used goods.

Two left knee pads were sent. Otherwise, they are in great shape and great value.

I ordered this set since it was cheaper than some sports knee pads from the department stores. My reason for purchase was for working around the house and needed some type of padding on my knees. My biggest surprise was these were listed as "Used" (even says so on the package) but were Brand New. No scratches or marks of any kind. I'm not actually sure if these are true military surplus but they do meet my needs. The straps are adjustable for the knees, Velcro if you use the elbow pads. I haven't had any real issues with them sliding down, but I'm not running or doing a lot of moving around in them. For work around the house they are fine; playing paintball I'm not sure but I'd give them a try.

When I opened the package and saw these knee pads I was truly disgusted by how utterly filthy they were. Generally speaking military surplus is used but in good shape but these knee pads are gross and will most likely be tossed in the trash. I might try washing them 50 times and see how they turn out but I don't have high hopes. These things honestly appear to be something someone pulled from a dumpster. On a positive note, the elbow pads appeared to be hardly used. But it's my knees that take the abuse while working and I don't plan on balancing on my elbows in the foreseeable future.

Slightly used doesn't matter to me. They are excellent quality and as I mentioned they've been worn by someone in the U.S. military and has someones name written on the inside making them even more special. I use the knee pads for my garden and exterior home repairs. Have no complaints at all, love them, they hold up well, and are comfortable.
