I sweat this reduced my PMS symptoms my last two cycles. I had less cramps than usual and lighter bleeding. This is the only thing I changed in my routine, so I do think it helped a lot.

38 weeks and have been doing this vaginally every night. the smell is gagging to me. (pregnancy hormones lol). I poke a small hole in the capsule and insert as close to cervix as possible. It does leak out most of the time, but it’s not a big deal. The ingredients are super simple + natural, which I love in pregnancy! I was 50% effaced + 2cm dilated, used this for 4 days, and was 75% effaced + 3cm dilated! I did not take any orally, but they are gel caps, and based off the feeling of them, they should be easy to swallow. They are a larger size pill, so if you are planning to take it orally, be prepared for that. Quality is great. I feel like I sleep better after insertion, so that’s always a big plus!
