So turned it on day 1 of getting it and within minute smoke was coming out of the machine and it flipped into high gear with no way of turning the rpm down. It filled my room with smoke even after unplugging it like the hounds of hell were after me.

I bought this in dec and then travelled and didn’t get the chance to use it.Today i wanted to use it for sanding my resin coasters and it stopped working after sanding 3 coasters.Amazon return window is just closed 5 days ago.really disappointed!

When you plug it into 240v it sparks and dies. Do NOT buy unless you have 120v

It stopped immediately after the first try. We try to return the item, seller not responding.

El primer impacto que tuve fue el estuche. Robusto, útil para guadar la herramienta y sus accesorios.Lo segundo fue ir descubriendo cada uno de los elementos que contiene este paquete. Ahora hay que utilizarlo en detallar trabajos que estoy haciedo en esculturas de madera.

Todos los accesorios vienen completos y en buen estado, la caja cerrada y el aparato funciona bien ❤️‍🩹

Hasta ahora todo muy bien, tiene muchísimos accesorios y todo es de buena calidad, lo recomiendo.

The Dremel tool is great.... unfortunately some of the accessories aren't. The vibration that some people has comment it's because of them. They are unbalanced.

There's a tool for every purpose then there's a Dremel which is the tool for so very many purposes. I got it for a specific project but since have discovered how much more this tool can do (I know, crazy I had never used one before, now I can't imagine not having one). Glad I bought this set that had multiple accessories which was more economical and helped me use this tool to it's full potential. Yes there are similar cheaper, other brand models which you can use if you weren't planning to do much with it but the features and quality on this Dremel are superior once I compared it with those of friends. I think it will make it last longer and I feel it performs better with a variety of projects. Being able to adjust the speed is essential for control and the flex shaft makes it easier to work on smaller projects or engraving as you can hold the tool like a pen. I've used it to clean, polish, sharpen tools, carve wood, sand, engrave, do craft work and more. The kit comes with a nice small selection of bits which is good for a starter kit though I quickly found I needed more to do a wider variety of projects and I wore them out from use. Luckily you can easily get reasonably priced compatible ones online as I've found hardware/ big box stores don't seem to carry many bits. Very happy with this purchase.
