Delicious truffle taste. Great on eggs, in cheese spreads, pasta. Not inexpensive but as long as you keep the slices covered in oil a jar will last 3 months in the refrigerator. A small amount goes a long way. I’ve bought inferior brands, but Dittman is the best.

What a genuine delight! These truffles are in olive oil (not some cheap seed oil) and have a full, rich, delicious aroma and taste. These give so many dishes a new twist! Delicious beyond description!

I was dubious but this stuff is delicious. It was very fresh tasting. As good as eating a truffle pasta dish in Italy. Saute some garlic in some of the truffle oil. Cook some pasta. Once drained, add the garlic, mix, top with some of the truffles. Add parmesan. Also good as a spread but the truffle taste is strong so a little is better. Pricey but truffles are expensive and this is a great treat.

Great product, but pretty expensive. Not surprisingly, truffles are much cheaper in France. Nevertheless, I'll buy this product again and again.

Too expensive, and the olive oil doesn't give the truffles the flavor they deserve. Order a truffle dish at a good French restaurant, unless you like throwing money into the air for the sake of dubious taste (and the original taste of truffles is greatly exaggerated by the French and rich snobs).

These a real truffles, packed in oil. Great flavor and texture and the jars are packed. This isn't just truffle oil, it is the real deal! Great with pasta!
