I love the dryer.. BEST , but the instillation guys THE WORST
I love the dryer. It is the best. My mom had the same. It lasts for years…. BUT it did not come with a power cord!! I thought that’d be a given with an electrical appliance… Anyway, arranging the guys to come install it was useless… we had to get our own electrician to install it. It was easy, but the installation should have happened from Amazon as promised…In short, if you want a dryer. This is the best dryer, but be prepared to get your own electrician to install it. Done.

Not happy though
It has been two months since I purchased it but not able to use coz. It doesn’t come with power plug and vent pipe you purchased that separate. And when I purchased the power can it can’t fit in the type of socket we have I tried to find a fitting adapter I can’t. It’s really disappointing .But it’s really big

Unreliable, Bought 2, Keeps Breaking
This item comes without a cable or plug. At first purchase Amazon installation people used wrong cable and plug. Didn't work almost immediately after they left. Returned it and reordered. This time it worked for a little while and again same issue .. won't turn on. Part of it may be the fact it comes without cable and plug and Amazon people don't know what they are doing when they add them as part of paid installation but also this seems just to be a bad model dryer.
