This product did just what I wanted it to... Help support my son's head on our long car trip to the beach. He sits in a backless booster seat. I considered getting one for my other child just so it seemed "fair", but I followed the reviews of others and passed since he is still in a booster with a back on it. I agree that it probably would not have worked well due to the back on the car seat. For my son who used it, I can say it does shift a little bit. But it is manageable... And at least gives him a nice, soft cushion to lean his head on. Of course, if the head comes forward, it doesn't do anything to support that, but that should be obvious. It's really meant for leaning ones head off to the side. Can be used regardless of the side a seatbelt is used on a child. Easy to remove, too, but honestly, my son wants to keep it in the car to use all the time now. So overall good purchase.

We bought this for our granddaughter as our daughter said that the little one was always complaining about her neck hurting when she would fall asleep in her booster seat. I saw this for some reason on Amazon, as I wasn't even looking, and checked the few out that they had available. This one had the best reviews so I ordered it. Came faster than it said it would, which was a plus. Gave it to my daughter right away, had to explain what it was!! They put it right on the seat belt. The first time I was able to see the little one in her booster seat with the pillow was over the weekend and asked my daughter if it worked or not. She said that the 3 yr old loved it!! My granddaughter had heard the question and promptly put her head on the pillow and said "MY pillow!!!". What a joy that this type of help is available now. I would give this 10 stars if I could!!

Our daughter loves this pillow and so do we. It is extremely soft and comfortable for our daughter to snuggle with when she wants to sleep in the car and it is very easy to get on and off as needed with the velcro backing. It's also bigger than I'd imagined, but looking back at the description it does say it's 11 inches long. :)The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because it annoys me if we leave the pillow on when trying to buckle her in. It slides around on the belt and occasionally gets in the way. It's likely that isn't a design flaw but rather a safety issue, but it does get annoying sometimes.

Arrived fast and just in time for a 2k mile road-trip. Until now I'd not seen anything that worked well for children. All the pillows that don't fit right & never seem to allow my kids to keep their head 'up'. Trying to constantly avoid the rubbing of the seat-belt on their face/neck, they always look so uncomfortable. No more sleeping hunched over & with their neck all turned to the side or some other weird position. This actually allows kids to use the seat-belt to their advantage. Happy with my purchase ... would definitely recommend this for kids.- Pros -1. Took me 20-seconds to affix to the seat-belt (Velcro)2. Very soft, lots of padding3. seems to stay in place well4. washable- Cons -1. could be even larger, this is about '18 so it can slide out of position

Out of the many carseat pillows we tried, we ultimately decided to stick to this one. My son cant remove it on his own, and it helps to prevent his head from falling forward/to the side when he falls asleep in the car. Only issue is, it's not held tightly to the seat belt, so it rolls away from the seat belt, since it's just wrapped around it. This reduces the support that my son needs for his neck. Otherwise, it's a great product. color is neutral and the fabric is soft and nice.Nevertheless, while I like it, my son does not, since he can't reach many things while he has this stuck to his neck. It's also likely warm for him, but since it works, I use it anyway.

I was worried when I switched from high back to backless booster...my kids usually fall asleep and it's nice that their heads had the side bumpers (or whatever they are called) for the heads to rest on. Yesterday, my son (age 5) finally fell asleep and even though it didn't look as comfortable, his head laid a little to the side and right on this pillow. I asked him when he got up and he said it was fine....I guess it's better than not having anything. Overall I like it and not too bulky. Some mentioned that it slipped out of the belt, it hasn't for me. I'm actually ordering a 2nd set for my wife's car.

Purchased these for my children. I feel like I got great value for my money. They are very soft and super plush. Keep in mind these are fairly "bulky" and more plush that seatbelt covers you can find at the auto parts store. These can get stuck and will need to be push up or down on the seat belt, making it tricky sometimes too buckle up. I would prefer to use these on longer car trips rather than everyday. Overall, I would purchase again.

I bought these for my boys because I don't like to see their little heads hanging down when the fall asleep on long trips. I honestly haven't used them on a long trip. When I received them I added them to the car. The kids used them for a few short 20-30 minute trip and they're just really bulky. Now they're rolling around the back seat. I am hoping I get better use of them.
